Plate Fine bubble air diffuser
The plate aerator has a unique structure, and its advantage is that the aeration system can ensure a constant oxygen transfer efficiency in a wide range of working gas volume. The support plate of the plate aerator is made of ABS engineering plastic, and the diaphragm is laid on it, and it is formed by one-time lamination. The aerator can be used in both intermittent operation system and continuous aeration system, and has the characteristics of high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, effective prevention of sewage backflow, and long service life.
The common specification of plate aerator is 650mm*150, the ventilation rate is 8m³/h, the service area is 1.25-2.5m²h, the oxygen utilization rate is 35%, and the oxygen transfer rate can be guaranteed in a wide working range.
EPDM rubber membrane
Manufactured by compression molding with a standard cure, low plasticizer content, and 1mm or 2mm perforations. Compression molding with modern equipment utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a repeatable very high quality product.
Applicable to municipal sewage, animal slaughter processing, food processing, beverage production, industrial waste water.

Comparison between plate bubble diffuser/tube air diffuser
The plate bubble diffuser is composed of a chassis, a plug plate, a gland, etc., and the surface is smooth. The size of the plate aerator is 650*150mm, 650mm long and 150mm wide. The ventilation rate is 6-10m³/h. Compared with other disc diffusers, the plate bubble diffuser has a larger service area and ventilation volume. Compared with the tube air diffuser, the plate bubble diffuser can only be installed at the bottom of the pool. The tube diffuser has two installation methods, which can be fixed at the bottom of the pool or can be made into a liftable aerator.
